Who are we

At Property Mend LLC we aim to be the 1-stop shop for the vast majority of property owners. We offer a suite of services designed to address a range of needs. The services include handyman repairs, carpentry, general contracting, commercial work orders, rental property turnovers, ADA compliance, lawncare and Fall cleanup, as well as snow removal. Joe and Josh support Property Mend with an unmatched work ethic. Property Mend LLC is an amalgamation of vastly different skills and life experiences. It is through the combination of these skills and experiences that Joe and Josh are able to overcome the challenges of running such a robust operation. Property Mend operates in New England (Concord, New Hampshire down through Boston, Massachusetts) and Florida (Lee County and Tampa).
